The studio is available for bookings at a rate of $40/hr for Studio A, $30/hr for Studio B or $60/hr for both. Discounts begin after 4 hours.
The rate includes use of lighting, backdrops, props, triggers & some model wardrobe.
Additional cost for Greg’s assistance with lighting + general "photo assistant" duties as you desire. If you book assistance, Greg will help with setup + take down, otherwise you must do so fully yourself. ($20/hr - cash only)
This is your time entering to time leaving; not your time booked with a model. If you need extra setup/takedown time, be sure to add extra.
For all bookings, all studio rules apply as posted on location. Rules are subject to change at any time + the link will always be updated live.

There are no refunds for studio bookings; once you've paid, the calendar is blocked off. Even if the model doesn't show, your sick, stuck at work, etc. Please understand that my rates are low + calendar space is limited.

1 reschedule per paid standard booking after which each additional reschedule will require 50% payment of the original booking cost. This can be last minute + can be a different model (for example: if model cancels or no-shows), just let me know ASAP + plan your next shoot.

Current studio backdrops include the following:
Full blackout floor-to-ceiling stage curtain.
Savage 9' Backdrop paper rolls: Super White, Fashion Gray, Bright Green, Sky Blue, Bright Yellow, Coral (pink)
Medium gray & olive green 7' backdrop paper rolls, not hung up but available to put on backdrop stand
5'x7' backdrops: red textured, green textured, cream mixed toned textured, black & gray pattern, orange & blue textured, and sunflower pattern up and ready to go
Various other 5x7 and similar fabric backdrops not hung but available for use
All white wall painted boudoir room upstairs
Blue & gray painted walls upstairs
Leopard print small backdrop for floor or wall - best for 3/4 body shots or tighter
Blue-gray plastic backdrop to use to shoot through (shower curtain) - for 3/4 body shots only
Mexican serape blanket that can be used on the wall or floor
White long cloths great for the back lighting sets
Setups upstairs will change and add more variety and different colored walls

Outdoor area provides a dazzling waterfront backdrop.

Queen size bed setup, table & chairs, desk & decor, fireplace, large sliding glass doors and deck makeup the main space. Walls are white, blue & brick.
Bathroom includes a large jetted tub, brick wall, glass shower panel.
The wrap-around deck overlooks the waterfront.
Large walk-in closet features coffee station, lighting equipment and other bedding options.
Outdoor shooting available (including artistic nude) on deck, along the creek to a point (where the road can be seen), and in the backyard. If shooting outdoor artistic nudes the model must be able to cover up for boats or any other unexpected reason.
Full use of both studios and the whole property, same rules apply as listed on A & B.
